  If I could give a zero Stars I would, I brought my dog in for a full groom that included a haircut, they did a Chop Shop job! I didn't have time to complain or bring him back after bringing him back in as I left for vacation the next day, so when I brought him back in a couple weeks later for a bath and ask them to fix their mistake they refused because I didn't come back day, didn't even say sorry, I was gracious enough not to just walk out and leave I fulfilled my appointment for the bath and I stated we will be going elsewhere for his grooming needs, so when I went to pick him up the other groomer her name is Sterling had a stank face and started to try to inform me that all of a sudden now my 7 lb Pomeranian is aggressive? And started to say and I cut her off and said I already informed the groomer that we will be going elsewhere so save it! Appreciate being sass talked in a public store! Do not ever bring your dog hair as you can see in the pictures!

  took my dog in to get cut and wash got a call my dog was damp and ready to be picked up?? charged me damn near 80.00 for my dog to not even look any different just raggedy was supposed to cut my dogs fly aways had every excuse why it couldn't be done but still charged me what a waste of time! waste of my hard earned money!

  My worst experience EVER! I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER set foot in your store again. I have been a loyal customer for more than 3 years. Every grooming cost me $77+$5 materials charge. Now I was charged $116. Our poodle gained 5 oz, which moves her from a medium dog to a large dog by 3 oz (she is 20" at the shoulder). EXTRA $20. Then I was charged an additional $15 because she is a poodle. Never been charged for this in 3 years. When I complained to the manager, she rudely informed me that I should be glad because I obviously should have been charged $116 in the past. Then she refused to return my receipt, I had to tear it out of her hand. I will find another groomer, leave negative feedback for you, and tell everybody that will listen how I've been ripped off by you.
