She has helped me find my cat’s dermatologist-recommended litter, treats for my dog with her crazy allergies to wheat, chicken, and beef, and even helped me bring a 75-gallon tank out for my turtle. Every time I go in and need help, Audrey drops whatever she’s doing, walks me right to what I need, and stays with me to answer any questions I have. I truly couldn’t ask for a better employee to find at a pet store. She genuinely cares about my animals without ever having met them, and that means so much to me. She is absolutely deserving of 5 stars!

When I finally decided on a tank snd I got to the cash register, I asked for a large bag and the clerk said they didn’t have any. And then I asked for a gift receipt And the clerk said they didn’t do those so I was disappointed on both counts especially since I’ve spent over $80
