  Mixed experience.. the gal who took care of our Rot mix baby was very kind. They did a quick assessment at the beginning of her appointment to make sure she was okay to be groomed and she still smells amazing, three days later! The three stars are due to the experience we had with our other dog that we also brought for grooming at the same time. She was unable to be groomed due to what they determined to be redness on her vulva and immediately turned us away. They told us to take her to the vet immediately because she may have a UTI, which scared (and felt like shaming) us. She has always had a large vulva, as she is not spayed, and naturally has a pink/ spotted belly and underside. It was not inflamed or even red, to us, it just seemed like the groomer did not want to keep the appointment, even before the assessment was started. Disappointed, and even though we had a good experience with our other dog, we will not be going back.

  Tried to get my dogs nails trimmed and they refused to accept the shot record book. Insisted on letter head paper from the vet. This book has been accepted at every other place. They accepted my sister book for her dog. Guessing it was just the gal that was working. They have lost my business for life.

  Charlie & Sophie are so much happier cleaner and looking sharp. Petco does an excellent job and my Sheppard has more fur than 3 or 4 dogs at once, not ez

  Grooming 75# Golden Doodle, groomed within the last month. Did a good job; no extras, but too expensive

  Took my golden retriever to be groomed(bath and haircut), discussed before i left how much I wanted taken off, after she was there for four hours they called and said she was ready to be picked up. The whole reason we took her in was mostly for the haircut and over the phone they said they could not do it because of her size they couldn’t get her up on the table and she seemed “nervous”. She’s been groomed her entire life and I have never had any issues with her getting a haircut until we took her here. She is old so she has bad hips and isn’t able to jump into a table. I would imagine these employees would be used to all dogs of various sizes. I think they were busy and didn’t want to take the time to cut her hair. I still was charged $125 for a bath and “face feet and fanny” trim. After getting home she has many spots of hair on her back that are completely tangled (was not like that before) even though they were supposed to brush her after the bath. She has a bleeding wound on her back that was not there before I am unsure how that would have happened given they didn’t cut her hair. Her ears were still dirty and her nails still long Insane.
