    I have been going to the Vetco clinics in Bellingham Petco for years. Has always been wonderful until this year. I took my 2 dogs in for vaccination and Bravecto. They had Bravecto for my one dog on hand which I purchased and was told I could use my prescription, that would be emailed to me, to purchase Bravecto for my other dog. No problem I've done this every year. The vet put 0 quantity and 0 refills on the prescription so I can not get it filled. No big deal, I thought, I will just call and they can straighten it out. Nope, only thing I can do is make another appointment at the next vetco clinic, take time off work and spend extra gas to take my dog back to petco to get another prescription. UPDATE I received a call back from a, supervisor at Vetco saying they will look into it but that my fastest recourse is to take my dog to next clinic because apparently they can't just get ahold of the vet to make corrections. Rediculous! UPDATE 2 I went to second clinic and received the bravecto. Have heard nothing from Vetco or the team that replied to this review. Go figure....

    Very fast and inexpensive. The tech was great and explained everything to us but the vet did not glance in our direction or speak to us at all. Records were emailed a couple of days later.
