- ABAyden BelskyJun 21, 20261.0Janelle was extremely rude to our two dogs and other dogs in the grooming center. She didn’t approach the dogs well or greet them. She pushed and shoved them on the table, and acted generally aggressively and without care. Both dogs left shaking and scared, which has never happened at a Petco Groomer before. We will absolutely never be back. Shame on people who work with animals and have absolutely no compassion.

The girls at the Bellingham WA petco were extremely nice and I get there was nothing they could do and they did everything they could. But when I called the 877 number they gave me I talked to three different customer service people who were extremely rude to me and no one could help me. I had a order number that I finally found and gave to them and they said there was a glitch when I placed my order so my only option was the cancel it and get my money back in 3 business days. It was my last $70 until I get paid in a week in a half. I let them know that and since they have my order number and they have my money if they can create an order or something so the girls at the store could give me the dog food. They said no that canceling was the only option. Now I have to find a way to get my dog there food and it’ll have to wait until tomorrow because they are now closed.
