I had a pretty bad fall yesterday, slipped and fell directly onto my tailbone on concrete. My girl Rosie had a bald and scabby spot on her leg, noticed on Monday and scheduled a vet appointment for Thursday at 4, but I fell an hour beforehand at work.
I've been taking Rosie to Chuckanut Feline Center for a little over 2 years, since her 1st birthday, and they have been nothing short of incredible. I genuinely cannot express how much I value them.
After I fell, I called them to see if there were any other appointments within the next few days, but unfortunately the next one was another week out. I let them know about my fall and immediately they were super worried and frantically asking if I was okay, even offering to have a pillow ready for me to put on a chair.
My boyfriend ended up taking Rosie by himself, and as soon as he stepped inside with her in the backpack strapped to his front, every single staff member was there praising him and going on about how bad they feel about me getting injured. They were asking him about me and checking in to see if I was okay.
Turns out Rosie just had a bug bite she had scratched raw, she's in perfect health. I think she might be a little famous there because as soon as we walk in, they squeal and go "ROSIE!!!" I've gotten several people to start taking their cats they and they have all fallen in love.
Their office has an adorable, incredibly intimate setting, and their staff is amazing and so kind. They really take care of their kitty patients, and you can see just how passionate each and every one of the staff members are. 10/10 would recommend.
To the staff members if Chuckanut Feline Center, thank you.

I don’t even know where to start. The attitude and vibes have been wildly off every visit. I was told during a visit my cat needed expensive dental work. I told them I’d have to save up for that. And I did. I saved for a year. I brought my cat in for the dental visit after saving all year and then was told due to his age he would have to see some heart specialist. It costed the same as the dental visit. He sees the heart specialist, and when I pick him up front desk was quite rude. They also tried to charge me like I didn’t put retainer money down to hold the appointment. I gasped and was like uhhh is that with the retainer money off? And the girl just goes, “oh” and then says the new amount. Which like if putting a retainer down is standard procedure how did you think to charge me the full amount? This specialist comes every week.
Also my cat had a visit earlier like a few weeks prior and I dropped him off at 8 in the morning. They told me it would just be a couple of hours. Around noon I hadn’t heard anything so I called, and the front desk woman goes “did the doctor call you?” And I said “no, I don’t think so.” And she goes, “okay, then your cat isn’t ready.” And I said, I was just checking on the status of my cat because you said a couple hours and it’s been double that. After we hang up the doctor calls me right away telling me I can come get my cat.
So when I pick him up from the heart specialist visit. Same thing, I drop him off at 8am. Told it’ll be a couple hours. I assume they mean like 4 hours because of last time, idk, it seemed like he was ready but they forgot about him some honestly don’t know what to expect. Anyways, I work a 6 hour shift at work and I still haven’t heard anything so I drive straight there. The front desk girl immediately scolds me, “ we’ve been calling you” and I look at my phone I have no missed calls no voicemail. I ask did you leave a voicemail, she goes no, but you could have called, we told you it would only be a couple of hours. GUYS. Last time I got snapped at for checking the status and it was much longer than I expected. Side note they gave me my cat back covered in piss. Super cool. I don’t get the good reviews at all. Like, did I do something that made them not like me? I don’t get the bad attitude towards me at every interaction. I moved him to Cypress and my god have they been amazing. I’m now currently saving the money to get my cat the dental visit he desperately needs still.

i’ve meant to write this review for awhile, but this clinic saved my cats life. my cat is my sun and my moon, about a year ago my cat fell extremely sick, she had pus in her lungs, severe breathing issues and we were all very sure she wouldn’t make it. i had taken my cat to the emergency vet 3 times who each time told me to put her down; and this vet never gave up. i had 3 doctors working on my cat; emily knoff, galen groff and laura noe. all of these vets were the most kind, supportive, and knowledgeable vets i could ever ask for. laura noe was my main vet, who further pushed me into getting the proper medication and tests for my cat. they supported me even outside of the office and always opened appointments for me to get my cat in to do scans on her chest and make sure she was okay. dr. noe was extremely knowledgeable and supported me in every single way possible, and was able to ultimately provide every right medication and treatment to save my cats life. i cannot speak highly enough about this team and the doctors here, i am so thankful for every single amount of support and care they gave to my cat, and i am eternally grateful for their practice, knowledge, and kindness. i am so grateful for chuckanut feline center 🩷 thank you
