- AHAllen HsuAug 8, 20261.0I am deeply disappointed and have completely lost trust in this hospital due to an extremely unacceptable experience. We have been loyal clients here since 2019 and currently enrolled our pets in their healthy Plan, but the way we were treated today was completely disrespectful. On August 8, 2026, between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM, I was greeted by a front desk staff member whose communication skills and service attitude were shockingly poor. They showed absolute apathy and zero consideration for customer feelings. To make matters worse, there wasn't even a manager on duty during this time to handle the situation or oversee staff behavior. Experiencing such rude, dismissive behavior from frontline staff—combined with a complete lack of management presence—makes me feel disrespected and completely unsafe leaving my pet's care in their hands. A horrible team and terrible management. I no longer trust this clinic and cannot recommend it to anyone.
- AAAceJul 29, 20261.0My cat was seen for a UTI and I was told I’d get results identifying the right medication. That was 7 days ago. Since then I’ve called multiple times, been passed around to different people, and given a new “date” each time with nothing to show for it; the last 2nd to last phone call you guys instead of having results tell me it sounds like a blockage taken place which you ruled that out reason why we paid for more testing and to test his pee, just for you guys to say he needs to be EUTHANIZED! Which IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I paid for this visit and for testing that included being told what’s actually wrong and what to do about it. Instead I got silence and runaround while my cat sits there without treatment. This isn’t a one-off scheduling hiccup, it’s a pattern of not following through on basic communication. If you’re considering this location for anything time-sensitive, be aware that getting an actual answer out of them can take well over a week of chasing them down yourself.

They were able to pull up his records and print up a prescription card for his food. I travel to different states and it's convenient to have Banfield hospitals accessible.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
