  If you need some information on the products don't ask the staff because they won't help. So I drove to another city 10 to 15 minutes away to pet smart and helped me find what I was looking for and answered my questions. Bought what I needed and now I need 3 more.

  Save yourself some time and go to PetSmart or Pet Advantage instead. Over the last year, this location has become incredibly frustrating to shop at. It’s nearly impossible to find an associate when you need help, and the checkout lines are consistently backed up — sometimes nearly to the fish section. I’m all for employees being friendly with customers, but there’s a difference between good customer service and completely stopping the line for personal conversations. The last time I visited, I stood waiting for over 10 minutes while the cashier chatted with a customer about their personal lives instead of ringing people out. Meanwhile, other associates could clearly see how long the line was, even after customers asked if another register could be opened, but nobody stepped in to help. This has happened multiple times now, and I’ve ended up leaving my items behind because the wait simply wasn’t worth it.
