This has to be the best pet shop ever. Our 10 month old Yorkie went into heat yesterday. I had doordashed diapers for her and ordered extra small. I had marked to substitute small if they were out. So, I ended up with small that were way to big for her. My husband took them in the morning to look for an alternative. The sweet lady that was there went above and beyond anything I would have ever expected. I had left the package with one diaper in the bag along with the full package. She refunded him the full amount which I would have never asked for or expected and on top of that, she gave him a package of small disposable for us to try. This is so appreciated and was such a sweet surprise. Thank you for going way past what I would have ever asked or expected. We will look for Petcos near us and online for future purchases. Thank you for your loving, caring spirit!

Scamming store on crickets asking what size and after saying she asks how many. I told her but then all a sudden there's only 6 left for the store so why ask then! Because there mixing small and medium in with the large and in a dozen they can't hide all the small ones. I legit watched the lady put the small into the medium bin then pushed it off like they were there. Seriously that's how pathetic this stores getting they scam on insects as they never have anymore cus there sick and dead all the time along with all the others. Ever see the hornet worms? Lol 4 per container but your lucky if there's ever one or maybe 2 Alive. There stores filthy. Fish I seen for 2 weeks so died up it was becoming a skeleton till I told someone. The experience to work there requires at least 3 months of watching the discovery channel 🤣... Petstore in Manchester vt I highly recommend. Even the worker there told me they have a bad mbd problem with the reptiles and so many died due to it. Plus they had and get a bad reptile mite issue that there shocked there even selling the reptiles when they legally aren't supposed to. Stores ran by a ex home Depot employee so I'm curious the knowledge! Trust me. Go else where. If any health inspector reads this.. PLEASE GO HANDLE THAT PLACE. Again that's a medium cricket 🤣 the things as small as half a pencil eraser.. Legit there was only 1 bin so I'm curious how they had small and medium but instead had them all mixed in one. THATS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND SCAMMING. I see petco owner on the other posts liking them... You should be ashamed. Handle this place or I'll start really dropping the photos and videos over the last few years.... Store use to be great. But now it's like they can't find a proper worker. One gentleman there is great always smiling but aside that. They need to clean the store. Stop scamming on crickets and insect sizes. Hire proper help with vast knowledge. Not some lady who's gonna disrespect your intelligence and do something legit right in front of the sliding doors you enter in and pretend different.... Why she didn't wanna sell me just large because she knew that they can't blend in the smaller ones easier... Now your playing on civil matters
