  I was in the store a few days ago and the cashier was watching me i guess to see if I was stealing I had my puppy with me and I was struggling finding things and I also had my hands full not once did he ask me if I need a basket or if I needed help finding something he just was following me I was up and down try to find what I needed after I found everything I asked him why he was following me and not asking me if I need assistance he said he wasn't following me then the two employees came out of the office and asked me what the problem was so I told them one of them said nothing and the other said it was not his job to help me if I needed a basket then I should have gotten one when I came in then she also told me it is not his job to ask me if needed help finding anything all I was doing was asking her questions and she said that I was yelling and if I wanted my stuff to pay and get out or to just leave if I wasn't in a hurry I would have taken my business somewhere else and just for the record I will not be shopping in your store ever again I have been in retail for many years and I have never treated someone like that if your going to make sure if someone isn't stealing you could at least interact with the person it's not like I had a bag on me or anything I just think your employees needed training on helping customers

  I thought I was going to PetSmart when I set up the directions. Not sure what happened or if this used to be a PetSmart??? I can't get Purr Pops at Petco so I had to go to Tractor supply to get the Purr Pops. If you sold them I would buy from you.

  Quarantine aquatic animals & buy extra: Got 5 blk neon tetra, all developed Ich (fungal white spots), within 2 days. (Tx with aquarium salts 2 weeks.) They are in a planted, established tank with good parameters, temp, water acclimation, flow, biological filter, tannins, etc. I didn’t recognize it at first, but one came with Ich, a few white dots, (it later died). Lots of dead fish are floating in the store’s tanks when I go in. My fish’s health rapidly improved with good care - they became more active & their whole color changed. A few weeks later, I got a red nerite snail that was alive about 1 month, but the crack in his shell got to him, (it came that way). Months later, I tried a mystery snail instead. It died on day 2, and my healed Tetras got a new infection - black spot, a parasite hosted by snails. (Tx with herbal parasite remedy.) Lastly, I picked up shrimp today and saw 1 had horsehair worm, (which looks like a white internal filament). Infected shrimp was euthanized in the freezer. On the bright side, I think 1 shrimp has eggs!

  Like the product offerings and prices when they are available but stock is inconsistent and often on pallets and u-boats blocking access to the merch.

  Went to go return a product and Petco was very understaffed with a long line. I had to go and get someone on the floor only to be told I couldn’t return the product I had bought within the last 30 days. I didn’t have my receipt, but most other establishments are able to look up a transaction as long as you have the credit card used to make the original purchase. Return policy needs to be changed. I was also met with rudeness from the staff who was unable to process my return.
