  Tried to go at 9:30am on a Wednesday. Was closed. Posted hours say they open at 9am. Don’t bother going. Go to agway.

  Just the past couple weeks we have been inside the store we were looking for a certain type of can food.We had a hard time getting through the back aisle due to it being full of loaded pellets on each side of the aisle it made searching for the dog food we needed impossible. Next thing yes I do agree with other people they do stay pretty stocked up on their items But keep in mind they are also very expensive compared to certain foods and toys ect items walmart sells also for less price.Not only is my complaint about the aisles but we were able to grab 2 cans of food at least and then we headed up front to pay for them.There was 2 young ladies in front of us that had been waiting in line for a few mins as well as we were.The girl from the grooming dept just starred out her door watching all of us leave our items and walk out. There was no excuse why they didnt have a worker at their register and just left all their customers waiting longer than we all should have. Petco use to be my favorite pet store but not anymore.I dont know what is happening to the store here but it has been going down hill. So with our last couple recent experiences we will no longer shop there We will continue to shop at other stores for our pet supplies.

  Closed early on a Monday for no reason. A sign on the door said they close early on Saturday-Sunday guess they got their days mixed up.

  Very friendly service, great selection of products. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is because hot item aquarium critters are typically sold out because they don't order enough of them

  Possibly homophobic casheir. (At minimum discriminatory) My husband was in line behind another customer to check out around 12 min after they opened. When that customer left, he walked up and put a large heavy bag of cat litter on the counter to check out and a couple walked up from the side. The cashier said "they are next" my husband said "I've been here waiting" the cashier said "ya but they came in when I opened the doors" when my husband objected saying "they were still shopping while I was standing in line" the cahsier then refused to acknowledge or even look at him and proceeded to check out the other customer. Accept when my husband pointed out that the only difference between he and the other customer is his pink hair and pride shirt. The cashier got all flustered and tripped over his words while saying "that's not, that's not what, that's not this" My husband left without purchasing the cat litter and after being loyal customers for the last 15 years we will not go back. When I called to complain the cashier is the one that answered and hung up on me twice while refusing to give me the contact information for the store or regional manager.
