  My cat is usually shy around other people, but she got super comfortable very fast with the vets, who gave her tons of rubbies!! Dr. Erica Richards very thoroughly explained and covered all of my concerns, and she went above and beyond, explaining to me every process they were doing (such as shot quality) and recommending me dental care. Very highly recommend!!!

  I have found the teams here are very caring to my pet as well as myself. They are very good at offering different suggestions in ways to deal with your pet in a professional manner. My 4-legged baby, can be a hand full. But here the atmosphere is calming even when our babies are not . It's a good place I think.

  Dr. Erica Richards is amazing. She love her job and that is obvious. She is very good in what she is doing. My baby for the first time was stressed at the clinic, so Dr. Richards prescribed her some bills to calm her nerves for her next annual appointment! Dr. Richards knows I will come back again every year because I trust her in taking care of my baby.
