  The office prioritized my appointment request and was able to confirm it after adding me to the waitlist. We were seen exactly at the appointment time. Vanessa, the tech assistant, was very knowledgeable, patient, caring, and friendly. Dr. Richards was extremely thorough in checking my puppy and in going through all the issues, explaining the diagnosis as well as the course of action and next steps. Dr. Richards was very patient and kind, professional, knowledgeable, and had the best sense of humor. One of the things I liked the most was receiving a summary of the appointment via email. That helped me to remember every detail of what we went through as well as to share it with my husband. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

  I take my black lab here who doesn’t do well at the vet and they are very understanding and nice with him. Very nice people here would definitely recommend

  I brought my cat in for boarding. The staff at Minnieville Animal Hospital took good care of here and sent me photos of her everyday. They also called immediately when there were concerns or issues and we got them resolved before they became serious.

  We have used Minnieville Animal Hospital for more than a dozen years and have found them to give excellent diagnosis and care, are efficient, easy to make appointments with, and are very friendly and cheerful.

  They were extremely caring with my dog. The procedure went smoothly and they followed up to check on his wellbeing. Glad we choose them!
