- DDDemCrusher1 day ago2.0I am currently on hold with Banfield for 21 minutes and counting. No one ever even picked up the phone. My call went straight into hold. 24 minutes and counting. I consider myself to be a patient person 29 minutes and counting on hold, no one picked up.
- VEVictor Esquivel2 days ago1.0I called well before they closed, but no one answered. I called again, and eventually it appeared that they had turned their phones off because the phone wasn’t even ringing. The next morning, I called again when they opened, but their phones were still off. I was finally able to speak with someone and explained the issue with my dog and that I really needed him to be seen. I understood that it was last minute, and I wasn’t expecting an appointment that same day. I was able to schedule a drop-off appointment for the following morning. Later, they called me back to reschedule. I was completely fine with changing the time on the day I had originally scheduled, but instead, they wanted to move the appointment to an entirely different day. At that point, I was frustrated because I had already made multiple attempts to contact them, explained that my dog needed to be seen, and worked with them to schedule the earliest appointment available.

I’ve scheduled appointments three different times, and every time I arrive, my dog never receives the care we came for. There is always some excuse. Today was my last attempt. I scheduled my appointment online because there were plenty of available time slots, but when I arrived, I was told there was an issue with the online scheduling system. It seems like there is always a problem or another excuse. After three disappointing experiences, I definitely cannot recommend this location. It has been a complete waste of time, and I will not be coming back.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
