  Not all petco are equal the one in ranson we is amazing huge saltwater selection the Winchester location I can go in any given time and things are not placed where they should be so gives the illusion of a cheaper price until you get to the counter this has happened to me 2-3 times and then when they say “show me” I just get told that it’s in the wrong area or oh we don’t know why that’s there there’s no tag for it and to make it worse the last time I went back in they never corrected the item from my previous visit

  Ginny took awesome care with Fergus. While he is just a baby and just learning that getting groomed is a good thing, Ginny helped us come up with a plan to get him there.

  Had a horrible experience at the vet clinic here. The two ladies working were rushed, judgmental, and straight up rude. People working with pets should be kind empathetic people. Especially torwards the owners trying to take care of them. Barely explained shit to me gave me 0 time to think about what I wanted for my kitties and basically told me all or nothing. Stressful and bad environment. Even shamed me for not scheduling both my kitties appointments even tho the person on the phone only told me to schedule the one cat and just bring the other in. Also shamed me for giving my cats cat nip? Like seriously I’ve never dealt with something like this. Will be going to an actual vet next time. Would never recommend this spot to anyone!
