Our pet been under Banfield care for over 10 years. Last time we were there in early March and spent over $200 for some vaccines. 6 weeks later, she need Heartgard and Banfield will not approve it. She needs a hearth worm test which needs to pay the test+ vet visit. Why they didn’t mentioned back in March? They did similar thing few times. I feel robbed

We enjoyed the office in Hagerstown mostly. But since moving down here we’ve had several not great experiences. This most recent was so bad that I’ll be pulling my 6 animal account and looking for another place immediately. We have rescues/fosters so we are in and out of the vet fairly often, and I just can’t do this anymore.

Way over priced , estimated $300-350 to have a cat neutered. That is far exceeding the normal rate of $135.... not sure where they come up with that price. I just made an appointment for TWO cats to be neutered along with vaccinations and an exam for each. I was quoted for $410 and this is being done at Seven Bends vet clinic in Woodstock. I highly recommend them.
