He was helping me and another customer all at the same time. They had the most beautiful golden retrievers ever! It was a little chaotic but that guy is really good with customers!!! 5 stars for him!

Saying they had $30k in returns last year, and it takes from their profit and payroll. He also said it was a wasted effort and he would have just given the item to a neighbor. I mentioned that we didn’t need it any more, and just wanted our money back. Returns are a normal part of any business- you need to deal with it instead of making rude comments to customers. Take some customer service training courses…
