I should have known (given that it’s a chain pet store), but the THREE fish we bought died within a week after doing a perfect tank set up, perfect ph, plenty of nutritious food options and hides and plants. When we bought the fish, there were multiple dead fish inside the tank and surrounding tanks. I am just genuinely sad for the fish still living there. The conditions are horrible and I want to save them but refuse to give any more money to this store.

On top of this their policies of buy first before you can hold the animals didn't make any sense. As a responsible pet owner I like to get a feel for my pets and to make sure that it's a good fit for me and my reptile. I like to know if my reptiles have been being handled or not. Also if I call in advance and ask questions don't lie to get me in the store. Just a waste of time smh!

I asked at the front and they said they try to get rid of them as best they can. Saw them in February 2026 and August 2026. Seems weird that they can’t get rid of them. Not sure if it gets inside the bag or not.
