  AMAZING!!! Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about Godspeed Animal Care! This was our 3rd visit, and every single time they have been absolutely wonderful. They are SO patient, kind, and understanding with my nervous girl, Remy. 🥹❤️ Remy can be very nervous and takes some time to warm up to new people, and they never rush her. During our visit, they spent a good 30 MINUTES just getting her comfortable and used to them before even moving forward. That meant SO much to me as her mom. They truly took the time to let her feel safe and comfortable instead of expecting her to just get over her nerves. They made the whole experience so much easier for BOTH of us. I was nervous for her going in, but watching how patient and gentle they were with her immediately put me at ease. You can genuinely tell that they care about the animals and want them to have a positive experience. 🥹🐶 I 100% recommend Godspeed Animal Care, especially if you have a shy, nervous, or anxious dog. If your dog needs a little extra patience and understanding, I seriously cannot recommend them enough. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!❤️🐾

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Heidi Garman and the exceptional care she has given my dog. She truly goes above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful that she is his veterinarian. Dr. Garman diagnosed his diabetes early in his illness, which made a tremendous difference in his care. He was an extremely difficult and challenging case, and getting him stabilized was not easy. Rather than simply following a standard approach, Dr. Garman took the time to think outside the box and developed an unconventional insulin regimen and schedule that ultimately worked for him. Her willingness to look beyond the obvious and find an approach tailored specifically to my dog made all the difference. What touched me most was how personally invested she was in his well-being. She made herself available at all hours when we needed guidance, reassurance, or help. Knowing that I could reach out when something was wrong gave me an incredible sense of comfort during a very frightening and uncertain time. Dr. Garman is not only knowledgeable and dedicated—she genuinely cares. She treats her patients as individuals and understands that they are beloved members of our families. I truly believe my dog is doing as well as he is today because of her persistence, compassion, and commitment to finding a solution when his case wasn’t straightforward. I will always be grateful to Dr. Garman for going the extra mile for him. She is exactly the kind of veterinarian every pet parent hopes to find: exceptionally skilled, compassionate, attentive, and willing to do whatever it takes to give her patients the best possible care. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

  Dr. Heidi Garman at Godspeed Animal Care is absolute magic! She’s been taking care of my two Bichons, Vinny and Teddy, for years, and I couldn't imagine taking them anywhere else. She is so knowledgeable, sweet, and genuinely cares about the pets she sees. Vinny and Teddy are always in the best hands with her and the whole team. 100% recommend her to anyone looking for am amazing vet who truly cares for her patients!

  I wish there was a zero star option. If you love your pet I’d stay far away from here. Incompetence at its finest. They don’t follow up or call back.

  Dr. Garman is absolutely HORRIBLE. It was our first time seeing her. We spent hundreds and I mean hundreds of dollars to have my dogs ear hematoma drained. She started off with telling me what she thought all of my dogs problems were, allergies, teeth ect. The previous vet NEVER said any of that. I was there for ONE problem not a wellness exam. Well my dog has been in a cone since the appointment yesterday. The hematoma is coming back already. I was asked by one of the staff members if she told me that they can come back right away. NO she did not tell me that! She didn't even talk to or see me when I went to pick my dog up. Even at other offices and my previous vet would always see me before leaving. My dog was brought to me in the lobby by a tech. I was given discharge papers and meds. Not one word from her. I know of her from another vets office and she was no better there. Ever since Godspeed turned corporate they haven't been the same and are hiring the worst. I can say good things about Dr. Hale and most of the staff. The office manager and medical director are awful as well! I will not be going back to this practice. Went and got my dogs medical records and only ONE person talked to me. With tears in her eyes because I have known her for so long. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MONEY HUNGRY PRACTICE!
