- LLLEPAug 12, 20261.0I was very clear that I needed an itemized receipt when they try to sell you a package, they said it could be done. So far 4 weeks out they cannot properly figure it out. The GM, lied multiple times saying the area medical director and her district manager knew, she didn’t. When speaking to her it was clear she knew nothing weeks prior and in fact she said “I’ve known for a week” when she finally reached out. They said they’d take care of it, again failed. Failed to the point my claim was closed. Than the area medical director said “it’s closed because you have to do something not us”. I reminded her she said she would take care of everything, work directly with insurance. She again blamed me. So I called insurance and once again they said the paperwork that was submitted didn’t match totals I paid so they closed the claim, it cannot be reopened, have to file a new one (so now it will be 6-12 weeks before I see my cash back). I asked the area medical director who her boss was because this is unacceptable to blame me and she said “I am the boss, I don’t have a boss”. I sent her the call recording from the insurance saying it was in fact their fault (that the insurance knew was being recorded so I could send it to them. Of course I haven’t heard back.. NEVER GO HERE. They also didn’t perform TWO of the services I paid for.

There were one that we've seen that has compassion and gentle with presentation and you can see that she cares...The others that have hard presentation and rough around the edges.. of course they may get back what they put out, now you got a brick wall up and so may the customer.
