  My husband and I were shopping in the store when my husband noticed a container with a tarantula inside. He picked up the container from the cardboard shelf to show it to me. There were no signs or warnings indicating that customers were not allowed to handle or pick up the container. An employee named TABITHA approached my husband in a very rude and upset manner, saying, “Absolutely no,” and told us we could not do that. She then stated that the tarantula was stressed, as if we were expected to already know that information. If the tarantula is easily stressed or should not be handled, there should be clear signage informing customers not to touch or move the container. I also do not understand why the tarantula was placed out on an open shelf where customers can easily access it if handling it is such a concern. Other customers nearby witnessed and heard how rude TABITHA was during the interaction. I believe the situation could have been handled in a much more respectful and professional manner.

  Do NOT GO HERE . You will be in here for hours looking for shit that they have thrown everywhere . Then after walking the store for a long time not seeing ANY EMPLOYEES the one you find after calling out to her “miss , miss “ she’ll repeated walk in the back room over and over til you get to her , then she will proceed to “look for my items” all while she’s just walking you to the front to the line WHICH JUST SCREW ME RIGHT ? She goes to check them out when I got her , I needed just to be told where the stuff is and all for her to just leave the situation . Mind you THEY ALL WALKED UP AS SHE DID. I waited and looked for her all for her to just do that . Do not go here

  Paid full price for dog grooming services, was told ater I paid services were not complete. You got me, but you won't get me again. Can anyone on here tell me of a good dog groomer? Update, took my dog back and Hayley fixed the situation. Highly recommend her to everyone.

  Needed two items, they had it. One item on the shelf was marked higher, show the cashier the Petco on line app. price at checkout and they will honor it. Overall, good price.
