  I am so furious about my in-store experience at this location, especially for the store worker Tabitha for her self-centered, business only oriented customer treatment. I would not even call it customer service. This morning I placed an order on Petco.com. One item was not available so ordered to be shipped, but the other three were available for pickup at the store. Soon after I received a pickup ready email from them (in the picture). I drove to the store to pick them up and was informed that one item Royal Canin German Shepherd dogfood 30 lbs was not available. Tabitha responded she did not know why I did not get notification of unavailability of this product beforehand. There was no apology or nothing. This was clearly a human error or was intentionally done. It is an error if the fulfillment person did complete the process without indeed completing it. It was intentionally done if they thought they could bring me (customer) in to the store and sell me an alternative item. The reason I say this because Tabitha tried to sell me Royal Canin “Maxi” instead of “Shepherd” explaining the only difference between RC Maxi and Shepherd was the shape of kibble. She also seemed to be so confident about it because she said her mom has five shepherds. Tabitha could not though, prove RC Maxi and Shepherd were 100% ingredients match so I did not buy what she pushed to me. Instead, I decided to return the available two items for pick up. Something did not add up right. According to google, “Maxi” lacks the exact specialized kibble shape AND highly targeted digestive fibers of the breed specific version. After I left the store I called petco customer service and cancelled the ordered to be shipped item. I did not see integrity from Tabitha. There was zero empathy from this person on my missing items or helpful resources for solution of my needs; my three German shepherds with sensitive stomach. I am done with the entire Petco stores including online from now on because of today’s experience.

  Groomer Emily A and other grooming staff member on 6/07/2026 displayed poor customer service and I will never return to this location to have my dog groomed again.

  How do i give this Petco negative star rating??? I have held off from making a review or even saying anything but i am done and too that point and age where i am going to say something and write a review! I have 4 animals i come to this location ALOT!!!! Every week. Multiple times a week. EVERY TIME I COME EVEN WHEN THERES NO ONE IN STORE NO ONE IN LINE I AM WAITING! Why? I have no clue. I am waiting in front for over few minutes. Every. Time. At least over 10 … 15 minutes. I have to wait every time and am just waiting at the counter. Have to walk around store to find someone to check me out! THEN when the young black girl with glasses does finally come no sorry for the wait no how are you nothing!!! Every time!! Also takes her time even walking up with no care in the world! And she has checked me out quite often! Just ask for number and has no customer service nothing! Just looks at me with bland stare, and terrible service! I am done! This happens to me every time even with other employees if there are even any other ones!!! Then when I give a little attitude which i never do!!! Because i am waiting again and again time after time!!!! Then its oh have a wonderful day!!!! Blah blah blah. Like no where is that at before??! Why do i have to go around the store to find an employee! EVERY TIME!!!!!! And this girl or young lady does this every time!!!There is no one in store! Why am i waiting every single time i come here. It doesn’t make sense and i am done with crappy service here and no good customer service! Next time i will just be leaving the money on the counter and going about my day!!!! And i am a person with a lot of patience and understanding and am so nice. But every single time . Now i am saying something. Petco please look into this location and get better employees!!! I am done.
