- EKEden Krupowicz6 days ago1.0If i could give 0 stars i would because this place actually sucks ❤️ i scheduled an appointment for my new cat bc he had been neutered at a shelter and i just wanted to make sure he had no medical issues i had to be aware of. I scheduled for beginning of august and MORNING OF they cancelled the appointment, they didnt give me a reason either. I rescheduled for 3 weeks later and then i call to confirm it two days prior only for the guy to tell me they have to move my appointment from 3:30 to 3:00 bc i didnt want to just drop off my cat and i wanted to be in the room. I get a call this morning saying “oh well we have to move your appointment because your time has already been booked” like yall cant see that when i rescheduled yesterday?? Genuinely only booked because i had a coupon for a first visit free of charge. I rather pay $700 for a visit than to ever deal with this mess of a place ever again

All was good on the comprehensive exam! I requested some extra services as well and the results of one of those turned out to be a lot more than what we'd expected. But, the circumstances were handled well by the whole staff, I was briefed on the situation, and we made a forthcoming plan to circumvent this happening again, along with a timely appt to check on the little dog's progress.

- TMThomas MillerJul 14, 20261.0firstly staff was very friendly but 5 hours for a few vaccines is bit wild and then the most important part of my visit being heart worm treatment/prevention i feel that somewhere in that 5 hours they couldve pulled the blood test at least but its fine im booked next week with petco to get everything done in 20 minutes that they couldnt get done here

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
