I understand that point, they rescheduled for today, Monday, August 10, I arrived 5 minutes late and they canceled my appointment for another day. I have to understand that they can cancel my appointment, but they do not understand that I am late because my puppy is sick. I don't recommend this place, they're not professionals. It absurdizes his explanations. My baby has been here since the age of 2 months. I am already one year old and it is not possible for them to respect, I am also patient and deserve consideration as I understand when they change my appointments from one moment to another.

I use to praise this location so much! Because of tenderness and love they gave my dogs. I think they might do it still but the way things are being handled as far prescriptions and making appointments it’s an utter mess. I truly miss the old front desk staff! 💔 and I’m not sure what to think of the nurses and and drs. I had an issue two weeks ago with an appointment including with my mom’s dog. Costco reached out to them over 48 hrs ago to get a refill prescription. I arrived to Costco and they said they reached out and never heard anything. They called on the spot today and as they have done before a verbal consent still did not do their job. So I have to come back! And top that they are not answering there phones. Now it’s we will answer the phone in 1 business hour! I am really going to be reconsidering if my dogs come back here. In addition they are price gouging their prices for services. They are over charging for services and increasing their prices on a whim. When you go to other locations and are less. How is Banfield prices not equal in all locations? On top of everything I have multiple locations in the close range of my house but always chose to go out of state and out of my way for this location.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
