I have been going to the VETCO clinic for years. Never had any problem until yesterday. I too my 2 dogs to get their shots one of my dogs have allergies and a mass on her stomach that the have noted from several of my visits. The intake person lied and said there’s no mention of it but when I showed her the vetco documents that stated they know she had it . Because of this they refused to give my dog her vaccinations. I log into my email today to see that they posted a prescription for neck guard for my dog that they did vaccinate however the person who gave me my ppwk never mentioned it. Needless to say I will NOT be taking my dogs to them ever again

Terrible customer service. Kyleah was the rudest and nastiest assistant I've ever encountered at this site. She was dishonest, disrespectful and unempathetic. She made multiple mistakes to include mishandling of my pet. She threatened to have him euthanized because he was chewing on our leash. My children were sitting there listening to her say those cruel words to their beloved pet. I asked did she want me to take off our leash since its just hanging so he could stop chewing it and she said no and attempted to just drag him with her blue leash and my leash still on him. The craziest thing I've seen from a supposed animal caretaker. They were busy and she was just rushing him through without taking the time for animal introduction, control and safety, and didn't want help from me the pet owner. There is also no way to speak to a manager, so they have free will to behave as unapologetically as they see fit. I put in a request for their manager Ian to give me a call so I could discuss my experience that day and discuss other questions I had, and I have not heard from him. I called customer service and the rep Bianca had a strong middle eastern foreign accent and kept me on hold for excessive amounts of time and was snickering as I'm explaining my concerns. I realized their customer service issues were widespread in the company and not just at the site. A complete circus. I will not be recommending to friends and family.
