Awesome service: they smile, the make you feel like family, I was Petsmart fan but now I go here because of them. Knowledable, kind, recommmending better products like catnip brands I disnt know about. Incredible service at the highest level! They made my day and made me feel like family: please promote them and give them a raise so they stay forever!

We we won't be returning. The rewards system is screwed up badly and I wouldn't recommend bringing your dog here until it's fixed or better. Feeling cheated

We booked almost a month in advance and were told one week before our appointment, they didn’t have a groomer. No problem, what’s your next available? Only having options another week after our scheduled appointment. Anyone who has doodles understands the importance of scheduled grooming. If you book here, have a plan B.
