  I have been bringing my dogs to this veterinary clinic for the past four to five years. It used to be a place I trusted, but unfortunately, the quality of care has gone downhill. The only reason I have continued coming here is because of one of the veterinary assistants, who has always been kind, caring, and professional. My most recent experience with the veterinarian was extremely disappointing. She seemed unsure of what she was doing, constantly saying “um” throughout the appointment, which gave me very little confidence in her assessment. She also appeared afraid to handle my small Shih Tzu, who has never bitten anyone. The fact that the veterinary assistant had to step in and draw my dog’s blood because the veterinarian couldn’t do it speaks volumes about the level of professionalism I experienced. What frustrates me the most is what happened after the appointment. The veterinarian strongly recommended blood tests to rule out certain issues, so I agreed and paid for them because I wanted to make sure my dog received the best care. I was told the results would be available within seven days. After seven days passed without anyone contacting me, I had to call the clinic myself. Instead of giving me my dog’s results, the staff started discussing another dog’s medical information because they weren’t even paying attention to which patient they were looking at. I had to stop them and say, “That doesn’t sound like my dog.” Only then did they realize their mistake and admit that my dog’s blood had accidentally been sent to the wrong laboratory. They told me they were waiting for it to be shipped back so it could be sent to the correct lab and assured me they would call me once the results were ready. It has now been three weeks, and I still have not received a single phone call or update. I still don’t know my dog’s test results. This is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this isn’t even the first time I’ve had to repeatedly call just to receive test results. Every time my dogs have blood work or other testing done at this clinic, I have to chase someone down for answers. Clients should not have to constantly call just to receive information that should have been communicated by the clinic. We trust veterinary professionals with members of our family. We pay for quality medical care, accurate communication, and timely follow-up—not to be ignored, given another patient’s information, or left wondering for weeks about important test results. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is incredibly unprofessional. At this point, it feels like the priority is collecting payment rather than providing proper care and keeping pet owners informed. I am deeply disappointed because this clinic was once a place I trusted. I sincerely hope serious improvements are made in communication, organization, and patient care so that no other family has to go through an experience like this.

  Good visit. I am happy with results of treating my dog 3 weeks with a ER vet not helping me at all. Banfield was able to help me pull my dog through it.

  I was initially skeptical about using a large network like Banfield, but I’m so glad I gave this clinic a chance. I originally came here out of necessity when we first got my cat and needed an immediate appointment. It turned out to be the best decision for his care. Dr. Trisotto is exceptionally knowledgeable and very reasonable with his approach to treatment. It is a relief to find such high-quality, personalized care in a convenient setting. Highly recommend.

  Dr. Syam is great! Took my pet here for the first time and we saw him. He is very patient and empathetic and makes sure that you understand everything before proceeding. I will be coming back to see him! definitely recommend this location and him.
