The store I usually go to had no available appointments so I decided to try the stafford location. NEVER AGAIN!! First off, the guy at the front desk (Demond) appeared to have an attitude for no apparent reason which made me extremely nervous leaving my pets in his care. Upon picking them up I received the final bill which had an additional charge $12 for a cut for each dog (which I had already included in the $89 when I booked). I had never been charged those additional fees before. The manager rectified it but she stated that was “their policy” so I won’t be taking my dogs there anymore.
