- AAAngie2 days ago5.0Banfield Stafford is a “step above the Rest” The staff is working so hard to wait on everyone. Dr Athar has cared for our dogs and is directly responsible for all of them living more than 14 year! Paris is now 18!! Thank you staff and Dr. Athar for all you do for us and our beloved pets.
- ALAly L.Aug 13, 20262.0Not the best experience for our pets. They constantly rescheduled us, even on the day of the appointment AFTER we had already showed up with the animals in tow. They pushed off my puppies vaccinations by more than two weeks even after each appointment was confirmed, they would call to move it and we ended up taking our business elsewhere due to inability for them to keep an appointment. The front desk receptionist at Banfield in the Stafford Marketplace Petsmart has a bottle labeled 'B--ch Spray' (the actual word but google reviews don't let me say it? that is prominently displayed to patrons on the front reception table, which seems very unprofessional for a business to have. Also FYI they don't always have actual vets look at your animals during check ups, but they won't tell you unless you ask for the appointment notes and see that the vet never saw them. Even if you ask if the vet did see your animal and they will tell you yes, they could be lying- ask for appointment notes.

- LCLynne ConroeMay 28, 20264.0Do not like their drop off at 8am and pick up at 4-5pm for a simple service of shots or well check up that only takes 15-30-minutes. Do not like the fact that the Vet doesn't speak directly to the pet owner but only the Tech. That's what you get from a big Chain Vet Store - you're a number. Otherwise, the care of my pet has been fine and the staff are courteous.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
