  I went into this store with my Sister a few weeks ago...there were MAYBE 3 clients walking around,there was a guy dark beard,mustache, hair.....I was asking him about a hamster ,he opened the Guinea Pig " Don't YOU KNOW WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS THING" I Responded "ABSOLUTELY I had Guinea Pigs growing up" he said " YOU Don't have what is needed!!!!" Slamed the door locked it n the poor Lil Piggy jumped scared to death...I then showed him which hamster I was looking at...he opened its cage I asked if it could be taken out ....he Responded the same ...slamed the door shut said " THEY cannot be touched,you dont have the adequate housing...I have to do other things" ....... so ill just leave this here....

  My cats did not eat the Science Diet dry food i bought. I always buy this brand and my cats love it. After two barely eaten meals i found that the bag was 6 months expired! Store leader claims the suppliers can deliver expired items. Only thing she could offer was: "Sorry about that". Two recommendations: 1. Check expiration date before you buy. 2. Find another pet store

  Manager wont help you get the fish you want , guy with glasses said he will not catch the one i want because it will stress the rest of the fish when there are more than 5 dead fish already , very disappointed with the manager
