- BPBriana PerezJun 14, 20261.0Sent my wife in with specific details to pick up a flukers lamp WITH A DIMMER and a DEEP HEAT PROJECTOR, even spelled it out with wattage and all. Told her to show an employee and they should know what that is and can help her find it. I was so so wrong. Look I know not everyone is a freak about reptiles like me and may not have the knowledge. My qualm is this required no knowledge of husbandry just reading comprehension and basic knowledge about the things YOU SELL. She came home with a non dimming lamp and a basking bulb, either the person that helped her can’t read or thought they knew better. Either way, we’re screwed for the night …thanks. And yes I did confirm the employee was shown the messages so this wasn’t a lack of explanation on my wife’s part. Will be in tomorrow to return just wish I could also get a refund for the wasted trip and time, but I learned my lesson…this is why people use Amazon.

Only went because I had a gift card. Will not be returning. Very much recommend going to dog krazy down the street or any of the other various local pet stores in the area.
