I dropped my dog off for a scheduled grooming appointment expecting a noticeable difference when I picked her up. Instead, she looked exactly the same as when I left her. There was no visible grooming work done at all. When I asked what services were completed, I was told she received a bath and had her nails clipped. Based on her appearance, it honestly didn’t seem like anything had been done. Beyond the lack of results, the customer experience made things worse. There was no real explanation, no effort to address my concerns, and no attempt to make it right. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I won’t be bringing my dog back here again.
