- TMTamara McclellanAug 5, 20262.0Was told to drop off a urine sample. Collected in a sterile specimen cup and went to drop it off and no one knew why we were there. Finally took the specimen after I waited 2 hours. 1 week later I Clcalled and held for 10 minutes each time, finally got a person and was told the vet would call us back with results of tests for our sick dog. Its been a week since the test was sent off. No return phone call, no meds. Even the online chat folks couldnt help because even though you're chatting with a "vet tech" no one can see medical records. Meanwhile my dog continues to urinate blood. Don't call yourself a Pet "Hospital" when you drop the ball.

The pricing changed from what we were originally told, and we were not clearly informed about all of the procedures being performed on our puppy. We also had to ask multiple questions just to understand the charges and speak with the manager. What concerns me the most is that my puppy’s fecal test came back positive for tapeworm eggs (1+), but no one contacted us to explain the results or discuss treatment. We only discovered the positive result several days later by reviewing the lab report ourselves, while our puppy was already passing worms in his stool. I expected much better communication regarding an important test result like this. Better communication and follow-up with pet owners is essential. I hope this feedback helps improve the care provided to future patients.

Other than that it seems to be ok and the other younger girl was more friendly. I know some people just aren't people person or morning people Update my review: I went into a later appointment time and everyone was really nice and friendly. My dog hates all vets and groomers but he didn't seem to mind being there

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
