I mentioned this to the young lady and she told me they did the best that they could. Really?? She was young so i don't know if she was even experienced because i never had a problem anywhere else. I chose to go back to them because it's closer to where i moved but I see that was a mistake. Looks like I'll be looking for another groomer that will get my poohbear right. Now still have to go spend more money to get his face and ears trimmed up.
