  I’ve been a customer of the Newport News store for several years. I used to visit another company prior to. I am completely satisfied with Petco both in store and online. I also appreciate the emails, lots of specials. The app also has specials. And my cats like when I come home with treats and/or toys!

  A gentleman worker there helped me tremendously with my dogs skin issues and what food would be the best for him and my new puppy. Wish I would have got his name because I would love to share it. He was great and a wonderful employee to your company.

  Groomer was good, but they way overbooked her. My dog was there for 6 hours. When I went in after 5.5 hours she was just starting to cut him. Why wasn’t he just scheduled at a later time so he wasn’t locked in a cage all that time just waiting? Not the groomer's fault at all. She did a decent job on my dog even though she was rushing. Only complaint with the grooming is his nails were cut, but very jagged. I will have to buff them because his nails are getting caught on stuff.
