Well done. Young women checking everyone in did a great job helping things run smoothly. Vet tech and tech did a great job calming my dog. Well worth the savings.

Never in my life have I ever encountered a vet and her assistant so hostile. Despite showing up on time for my appointment, they refused to perform a standard procedure that they offered me because the appointment time has passed after conversations between me and the vet to sort out things. The vet’s assistant also provided contradictory information and that resulted in more time communication with the vet and eventually us not being able to get the service we need for the flight next day. The team was very rude and refused to do their job that they said they could do for no reason. We had to go to another Vetco the next morning and got everything done instantly. I don’t think it’s ok for a vet to reject service when their communication error had caused extra time in communication. The next morning we got up super early and drove 2hours to go to another vetco and got this done within 1min! All of these could be avoided if the vet just do what she was there to do instead of refusing to service us for no obvious reasons. When I went to the store manager on may 2,2026 and explained what happened, he became defensive for no reason. I said please understand we drove 1.5hr to get here to get this done and we have a flight tomorrow. As a customer support personnel he responded by saying Yea they also drove 1.5hr to get here; and it’s not their problem that you have a flight tomorrow. (Seriously?!?) I’ve had dogs for 20plus years and been to many many vetco. This is the ONLY vetco I’ve been to that is hostile, irresponsible, defensive; and all for no obvious reason!
