  Took my pup Mango here for the first time and he absolutely enjoyed it! The front office people are amazing and super kind. I was offered a tour of the place and really appreciated the fact that the dogs are taken outside for potty breaks rather than using the potty inside, it helps with the potty training for sure. Prices are great! I love that they do report cards for the dogs! I will definitely be bringing my puppy back!

  Playful Pack was recommended by my dog trainer. And after researching several options for doggie daycare, I decided to give them a try. Ozzie is an 8 month old Havanese in training to be a therapy dog. I knew doggie daycare would be beneficial for socialization and a good place for him to just play with other pups. The staff at Playful Pack is phenomenal (shoutout to Courtney!) - they took such amazing care of Ozzie and I loved that he got a report card and there were photos/videos of his day. He was nervous and overwhelmed on his first day, but the staff worked with him and pulled him out of group play for some solo time with humans (which he loved). Courtney was amazing at communicating this with me and assuring me that this is normal. She even called me to let me know she thought he had enough for the day and I had my mom pick him up early (which was my choice, they would have kept him there if I needed). Ozzie will definitely be going back! We’re going to work up to 1-2 days per week. The facility is awesome - large, clean, welcoming. Conveniently located. Pricing is amazing. But it’s the staff that truly make the difference - they are very caring, in tune to the dogs and in recognizing their needs, and very communicative. Every single person I’ve spoken to (on the phone or in person) has been kind and knowledgeable. If I could give more than 5 stars - I would.

  Lucy had a great day and made lots of friends. She came home completely exhausted and that’s rare.

  Staff is friendly and attentive, my puppy came home tired & happy with lots of pics and a cute lil gift bag ❤️ It also smells good in there lol. Great first experience, will definitely be taking him back!
