  2 of 3 snail I bought died within 48 hours, the third died after another day. I put them in A filtered, aerated tank with five goldfish. The goldfish are still alive. The snails were A waste of money.

  I placed an order through the Petco app for pickup. I have done this several times before and never had an issue until this week. When placing an online order for pickup, if it's over $80 you receive a 20% discount, which is great because some of the dog food is outrageously high priced. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told by the associate that someone had pulled the large bag of dog food but never completed the order. When someone else then tried to complete the order they didn't see the bag of food and refunded the amount and only completed the other two items. When the error had been discovered by store staff, rather than fixing it they held the bag with the rest of my order at the front of the store so that when I came in I was told I could still buy it but it was already refunded from my online order. When I mentioned that I wasn't going to get the 20% discount doing it that way and that it was in no way my fault, the only response I got was "Sorry. Do you still want the food?". No offer to make it right, no offer to get a manager to fix it. Very disappointed.

  Most items out of stock, I actually asked the cashier if they were closing down. Went back a week later and still out of stock of so many items. Shelves and isles completely empty. Employees have always been pleasant.
