- TJtea JMay 3, 20261.0When I went to the store manager on may 2,2026 and explained the vetco team rejected service for us despite us showing up on time and that that team offered the service to us 10mins prior, the store manager became defensive for no reason. I said please understand we drove 1.5hr to get here to get this done and we have a flight tomorrow. As a customer support personnel he responded by saying Yea they also drove 1.5hr to get here; and it's not their problem that you have a flight tomorrow. (Seriously?!?) I've had dogs for 20plus years and been to many many vetco. This is the ONLY vetco l've been to that is hostile, irresponsible, defensive; and all for no obvious reason!

The groomers do an excellent job professional, patient, and consistent. You can tell they care about the animals, not just rushing through appointments. Solid service all around. Definitely a place you can trust with your pet.
