- MRMary ReedSep 29, 20265.0I had bought a bag of Purina Pro Plan from them earlier today (9/29), and since I’ve been buying this for four years I didn’t think anything of it to grab a receipt. When I got home and poured it into my airtight container I was also scooping baggies prepping for a trip. I noticed spider web like fibers holding pieces together, chunks with it in the middle, when I investigated further I found worms. I bagged up the evidence and took not only that but a trash bag full of the food I poured out of my container so I could throw the container away. I had anxiety about going back and it not being handled well, but I did anyways, the two team members that helped me were not only apologizing but also let me exchange the bag for a different one and didn’t even charge me for a new airtight container! I truly felt they cared about my dog and his health. They even prompted me to open the new bag and proceeded to help me look through it to ensure it was safe. I am extremely appreciative of them and how they helped me.

Employees that I assume cannot work the register will see you standing there, shrug their shoulders, and walk away. It’s crazy. Get a self checkout machine if that’s how you want to run your store. I only pop in here for 1 item these days and after my last experience I’m just going to order the item from Chewy. It’s $3 cheaper and delivered to my door. Done with this place for good.
