  It’s Monday, July 6th at 1:10am and never have I ever purchased anything from this Petco location, 10055 Wellington Road, Manassas, VA. I went in and attempted to purchase one item. The woman (white, in her 30s) at the register was blatantly rude. I sucked it up until I couldn’t anymore. She kept asking me for my phone number for rewards and I kept thanking her and stating no as I don’t go to Petco ever. She would not stop and then got upset at me and kept saying sorry while actively being rude with the eye rolling and tone in her voice. As someone who works in customer service, actively listening is important. She was condescending and rude. I had to leave and not make a purchase. I urge management to train their employees better. This interaction was unacceptable. I will drive out of my way to Petsmart instead or buy from Amazon.

  Daniela has horrible customer service. She rude and doesn’t deserve this job. Didn’t look up from her device once. After posting, I looked over the reviews. It’s good to know she’s rude to everyone. Petco should fire her ASAP. If you’ve seen sales going down recently it’s probably because of her.

  Very bad grooming experience for my dog his eye boogers was still there when i picked him up and smelled the same way as I dropped him and when I called and issued this the lady had an attitude and told me she cleaned him and he didn't have any boogers very bad service, I wouldn't recommend
