- AHAnonymous HamsterAug 16, 20262.0I would not recommend bringing your dog here, staff is rude and unhelpful. I called to bring my dog in for daycare and was immediately met with annoyance on the other side of the phone, some older woman, her name was Sydney I think. Although she was annoyed by my questions, I let it slide and decided to bring my dog in for an evaluation day. I got there and I met the woman I spoke to on the phone, along with a young girl with her. Immediately I was disregarded and disrespected, I felt so uncomfortable with the staff there. She tried to explain my dogs breed to me, as she could apparently predict how my dog would act. I don’t know if she was trying to prove something, but she acted like I knew nothing about my own dog. Finally when I gave them my dog to bring back into the room, they just sat there looking at each other! Neither wanted to do actual work! Eventually they took my dog back. When I left I watched the cameras and everything seemed ok, a staff member was playing with the dogs. So they do provide adequate care for the dogs, I’ll give them that, but the staff can be just unbearable. Book at your own cost. I’ll see if I’ll bring my dog back or not, still considering it.
- NDNath DelvalleJun 29, 20265.0I need an over night boarding for our 5yo Weimaraner Ivy and this place was great. Customer care was great. Brian accepted our Ivy with out hesitation and when we picked her up she's in great shape and you knew they gave them great care. Thank you Brian and Playful Pack!
