    Dr on site goes by her own set of rules and quotes Vetco policy that does not exist. Does not keep accurate or up to date records for the services she provides. Refused services today because my dog fear pees. Said she needs to be cleared by a vet before she can get a rabies shot. If I go to the vet for fear pee, I'm likely to get the vaccine there while I'm at it, negating the need for the Vetco clinic altogether. A formal complaint has been filed with Vetco and escalated by their staff due to the policy issue. Cost of vaccines at the vet is actually less than Vetco clinic; you are just paying for the convenience.

    It was Awful the Veterinarian was unprofessional, rude, not caring with my dog, she was in a hurry, she couldn't answer my questions, etc. It was very bad experience my dog was vaccinated on the floor, my dog was not taking his temperature, or/and any other vital signs or any thing like the report says. I'll be happy to tell more about my dog awful experience.
