  I made the mistake of trying this place again after 7 years because my normal vet was booked up. Big Mistake! Terrible customer service, took forever and then I was illegally charged fees on my debit card!!

  Negative stars! Dr beadles is beyond unprofessional! I have never ever had someone talk to or act like that bcuz my dog was growling at her. She is nervous at the vet! I called and asked them if they had experience with nervous reactive dogs. She clearly either doesnt like her job or just doesnt like "perfect" dogs. She got an attitude and walked out of the room bcuz my dog barked!!!! She was in a muzzle!! She also pulled my dog away from me by her neck!! Her communication is horrible. Her attitude and unprofessional is absolutely unacceptable!!! Im beyond angry with my experience!! Time for her to retire bcuz she clearly hates animals! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES HERE!

  I have never had a more unprofessional office visit! I feel like I was scammed for $95. All I wanted was a rabid shot for the neighborhood cat. It was 8 days overdue. What I got was charged $95. And the cat had to be quarantined for 10 day. No rabids shot and a vet that said the cat scratched her but I saw no evidence of that. I was threatened if I let the cat out yet they failed to fill out any paperwork about it. So yes the cats was kept inside. All the paperwork on my end was done properly and filed. But I would never want anyone treated like we were. It was taking advantage of an old person by a person who obviously not even a mediocre vet at best!

  Unless you want to spent $1k+ and not get an answer, don’t bother. Staff is unhelpful and dismissive as well. Highly unrecommended

  We recently had to bring in my daughter's beloved dog after it was hit by a car. Unfortunately the dog died on impact. HAH staff were very compassionate and very caring. They even sent my daughter a rainbow bridge paper with a nose and paw print from her dog as a keepsake. We didn't ask for that, but they cared enough to send it. Their compassion speaks volumes. If she gets another dog, I'm pretty sure HAH has a client for life.
