- RHRodney HicksJan 19, 20265.0Staff worked together as a team to care for my wild and energetic dog during his shot visit. They were so patient and kind and made our visit smooth.
- TCTiffany COct 29, 20253.0Would give lower stars but don’t want it to reflect on the lovely front desk and the assistant. However I did not like my experience with the Vet at all she was not personable and the assistant ask me what was my concerns with my dog child and I advise her his teeth. She did not even check them!! I had to ask if she could in which she was physically showing her unwillingness but did a quick check. She literally held conversation with the assistant as if I wasn’t there. Gave my dog child his update rabies shot and was like bye! When I asked her if there was anything I could do better. She looked at me like that was a stupid question to ask. Literally wish I never booked at petco and should’ve stayed at PetSmart but booked this by a mistake and figure I would still go because my dog child needed it.
