  I would recommend going somewhere else to get your dog groomed. My boyfriend and I tried to get our dog, Frankie, groomed here and she has a genetic mutation that essentially makes her body feign heat stroke when she gets excited or hot, and when this happens, she either has to lay down or sit. She’s fine otherwise!! She’s a wonderful, sweet, loving dog and she listens SO well. They refused to even see her. My boyfriend did the paperwork and booked the appointment online— the lady, Courtney, proceeded to call my boyfriend and berate him and tell him about how they would NOT be grooming Frankie because the lady doing the grooming has a bad back.. but Frankie doesn’t need to be lifted up— she can jump and run and everything else just fine. Her genetic mutation doesn’t get in the way of her being a normal dog. My boyfriend attempted to reason with her and she handled their conversation in a completely unprofessional, inappropriate manner. Then, we brought our other dog, Beau, (who has previously been groomed here before) and when my boyfriend came to pick him up, he barely made it through the door before the SAME woman, Courtney, started yelling and saying “he didn’t listen!! I will NOT be grooming him again!!” And she was irate. My boyfriend tried to handle her professionally and calmly. Our dog was terrified and had clearly been berated and yelled at by this woman during his appointment. Furthermore, Beau is a really good dog. The groomer has never told us before that he was bad and would not listen. He is an elderly golden retriever who loves people and attention.. it’s not as if he’s aggressive. We will not be coming back to this place for our dogs to be groomed.

  Pickles the conure was in a cage that is absolutely inappropriate for a bird and had basically zero toys for mental stimulation which is just so depressing given how sweet this bird was. I can tell by his behavior he is sad and lonely. At least give him more toys. Additionally, the bettas are in piss poor conditions. For example, this male should not be in a tiny cup for his large size. There is literally a huge empty 50 gal tank it does not take that much work to give these animals a proper setup for minimal cost. Please do better
