  My cat had a abscess on her chin. She was seen by Dr. Gooding, whom i now love and will be crossing the tunnel to see him everytime going forward. 2 days later my girl is doing and FEELING soooo so much better!! She has cat acne that became infected. I declined draining and opted for meds. The abscess, already gone 2 days after starting her medications. Her grimace is gone! Thanks again dr gooding and team <3

  Had a prescription that I needed renewed for my dog. Called and was told not a problem, they had the doctor sign and send me the prescription as it was a renewal. Signed prescription, no problem. Order the medicine and then was told it was denied? I have the signed prescription in hand. Called to sort it out and was told I need to do the $100 vet visit to renew my prescription. The one I already have. For a $40 medicine refill. No solid answers, just kept getting 'let me ask the doctor' (the one that didn't sign the prescription). Had decent experience in the past, but this just put me off. They really want that $100.

  Horrible experience. I had gotten a last minute appointment by a different vet after being told they had no appointments. Them when I arrived they told me they didn't know what I was taking about them when I left they called the vet that helped me and told them I cam early and to come back. When I came back I was told that they cancelled the appointment after I waited in the waiting room for a while. They were 9 animals behind.

  If I could give a negative star review, then I would. Just got here from Virginia Beach and the HRBT that had crawling traffic, they turned me down and told me to reschedule. Now I have a scared and stressed cat for no damn reason. Absolutely Disgusting, and unprofessional behavior with no consideration for animal welfare. Don’t come here if you want your pet taken care of.

  My four year old cat had a stroke, and from the moment we arrived everyone immediately rushed Cleo to the back and did everything possible to save her. They treated us with respect and genuine kindness, and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. They’ve treated my dog and other cat, always a price estimate before they move forward, they truly love and care about animals there.
