He didn't seem agitated when he left and that made me somewhat happy. I stopped coming for over a year because of the half service at extreme prices. I will be networking for better service.

Was interested in a ferret didn’t even bother to let me finish asking questions about it just blew me off she needs to be let go or taught better customer service skills . I arrived at 10:30 a.m., and it tooky q approximately 15 minutes before anyone came to assist me. This caused me to run late for work, which was very frustrating. What made the experience even worse was my interaction with the manager on duty. I was interested in purchasing a fish that was clearly marked at $11.99, including the price shown with the fish. However, when I was ready to purchase it, the manager told me that the price was actually $24.99 and changed the price rather than honoring the price that was displayed. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. Customers should be treated with respect, and prices should be clearly and accurately displayed. The overall attitude and customer service I experienced were very disappointing. I strongly believe the staff and management at this location need additional customer-service training. I hope Petco takes complaints like this seriously and addresses these issues so other customers do not have the same experience
