- SBSunnie BooneJun 24, 20261.0I don't know why the staff in charge of the animals are so rude. I waited 15 minutes for a a store member to finish his conversation. After he finished, I asked if we could get help purchasing fish. He annoyingly stared me down and said he was on break and only helping the gentleman he was talking to and I'd have to find someone else. Hands up as shooing me away from him. I get that he was on break (as soon as he helped a person) it's the way he spoke to me. It was as if I was scum or annoying him. I've tried many times with the animal workers, I just won't be treated that way. The other worker are nice and helpful.

Brought in vaccine records, agreed to which shots my dog would receive and PETCO gave the wrong shots. Very concerning for my animal but also when you have future plans and you are making appointments based on the fact that people can do their jobs correctly. Also even though showed rabies vaccine not due for two more years. Asked for a refund but they cannot provide in store refund, you have to call customer service. If it’s ran anything like the clinic should be a fun time trying to get my money back. Very frustrating to say the least, all future appointments will be scheduled anywhere but at Petco
