  This is the worst place to go, want a price? They will not give it on the phone. Say you will get a call back? They won’t call and will say they did. Ask them to pull their phone records because you know they didn’t? Won’t even entertain it. You tell them about YOUR dog’s behavior history? They will brush it off and pretty much ignore you while you’re sitting right there. We were getting a health certificate done and they insisted on the import form be done by them, which and extra $180 per dog, we called the airport quarantine office we were going to, verified they didn’t need it if it had already been done online and they were very quite tucking their tails when we said we wouldn’t be paying for it again. Take your animals literally anywhere else.

  Walked in to this place for an appointment and got dirty looks with no greeting … Customer service is really poor and they have no care for the animals with that kind of attitude I was told to come in at 10:45 and leave my pet until 5pm and had another appointment and was not aware that it would take 6 hours they wasted my time today and my time is valuable

  Let me start by saying, I have NEVER had an issue with this location. I have two dogs that have been on the pet wellness plan since I first visited and they were both 4 month old babies that were shelter bound. It is by far the cheapest option, as a lot of new dog things are covered by it. Please ask them about it, and invest in your animals. I pay less than 150 a month and it includes their 3 in one pills, telehealth visits for when I freak out about a cough, and so many other things that would save you out of pocket costs. The staff there are truly wonderful people, and I cannot recommend this location enough. My babies are now 1 and 2 years old, and I've never had an issue scheduling things, and the app is such an added bonus to keep me on track of cleanings and vaccines.

  Extremely unprofessional please go to vca once I became a client with VCA because this location is very unprofessional they told me that Banfield is actually extremely bad. They only care about money. Do not care about your pets at all. And the people at this location are extremely disrespectful and rude and unprofessional. Personally I wish I never came to this establishment and I’m very glad I found a good establishment VCA in Hampton on Todd’s Lane can help you!!!
