- OOOceanOct 16, 20262.0They don't answer the phone at all. I tried calling ALLL DAYY prior to going there and nothing! I know they MAY get a bit busy, but for no one to answer the phone the entire day is ridiculous

I finally picked up my pups at 245 pm and given worm meds to give my pups myself (syringes). The previous 4 visit were great though
- KSKitty StylesOct 6, 20262.0Horrible customer service, the vet and vet assistants are amazing (the only reason i gave 2 stars), but heaven forbid something goes wrong with there system (which happens everytime i go to the clinic) and they blame you, the system was down i paid it a few days later and then apparently out of there hands it goes to collections, i call and speak to someone who says it is taken care of, well a month later there collection department sends me notice saying it wasn't, i call them and they say they have nothing, i call Hampton Banfield and Jessica asks me to provide proof with an attitude making me feel like i didn't pay my bill a month ago, there system and front customer service is horrible. They really need to get it together, when my wellness program ran out i was relieved i cannot deal with these people who twist and blame the customer and just say sorry its the system. I did visit another location and had no issues, so maybe Hampton just needs to get some training on customer service.

They treated me and Xena with courtesy and professional care, explaining every process and taking their time doing so. I just wanted to put this review up because some people post things online to vent and complain. I think this place is great and I don't have any problem leaving my puppy in their care. Thank you!!!!!

I called multiple times within days to get my senior dog seen and was either put on hold for long periods of time, or no one answered. At one point I left a voicemail asking to receive a call back and never did. The disregard for people and their time is unfortunate.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
