    I really hate coming here and the only thing good about this place is the location. They have no respect for your time, scheduling an appointment for dropoff is pointless because you wait well pass the drop off time to get your pet called back. Then when you pick your pet up it takes forever for them to bring your pet out. No consideration for your time whatsoever. Then they constantly try to upsale you on additional services which are not affordable. This happens each time I come here, one thing I will say is the staff is friendly.

    Inconsistent with information provided to their customers. I have been dealing with them for years and it’s always something, but I stuck around for the health of my pets. However, who offers a plan that’s paid for monthly, services aren’t consistent, and additional money is always wanted for things that are included in the plan? It’s a total scam I’m realizing! I literally pay $350 a month for this plan on my 3 fur babies and all for nothing is the way I have been feeling lately. Needless to say I’m cancelling my plan and getting pet insurance through my job. Very disappointed!

    Wont do in room appointments, only drop offs. Worthless when your baby is not feeling well and afraid of people due to events previously. Won't bother ever again with this place.

    This place does NOT accommodate cats. There’s no process for when cats are scheduled with dogs in the same waiting area. My cats are not accustomed to dogs and get anxious. Although I can handle a room full of dogs and keep my cats occupied while we waited, many of the employees lack spatial awareness. I went to this place 3 times and each time, we were made to wait at least half an hour. When my cat got his surgery, it took (I kid you not 45 minutes) to pick him up. The whole time, they forgot about me! It got to the point where the Dr herself assisted me bc she saw how long I was waiting. The last time I went, I waited for about 20 min until someone literally walked in brand new and checking in as well and the employee immediately helped them, KNOWING I was there to check in. They are nice but they need to learn how to multi task and implement 2 things: 1) a system in place for cats (block out a day or time for cats only or designate an empty room for cat ppl to wait to be seen) and 2) a sign in sheet that the employees can strictly and easily follow since spatial awareness is lacking. I am rating a star for how easy and accessible the location is and another star bc the employees are nice.

    Everytime I call about care for my dog I immediately get placed on hold with the caller not even asking me a single question. Ill remain on hold for 5min or longer just for the call to get disconnected. I don't know whats going on at your front desk but this might be my last time dealing with this company
