  While I was looking around store, one of the employees was constantly coughing and not covering her mouth. When I went up to pay, one register open and the employee was having trouble with the return and purchase the customer was doing. She called someone up who helped her. The employee helping saw me and another customer had been waiting but she did not open another register but proceeded to walk away. The same employee from earlier was still coughing however never covered her mouth. The price that was on some of the items purchased, was not the price that was on the sticker.

  They have a great selection of pet necessities and some products are priced even better than other big chain stores.

  Clean, well organized, and fantastic customer service! They were so helpful finding interactive toys for my super active Golden Irish puppy.

  Firstly, Petco is an OK establishment in general. This review is nothing against Petco itself, but the employee named Eliza working at the register. She was helping a gentleman in front of me and another person which sounded like they were going to get into an altercation, but they were both laughing as he left. She had the same demeanor and snarky comments while staring blankly with a gentleman that went to go that was in front of me. When I went to go up there. She proceeded to stare at me blankly as well and ask me about my phone number. She also proceeded to Tell me that in order to buy certain products soon you’re gonna have to have a membership And then proceeded to give me an attitude in which I asked her if she was OK. she was rude and said yes, then asked me the same thing in a very snarky attitude while still staring blankly at me. Crazy thing is, another employee was there but didn’t say a word. Seeing as how there are more than one review posted about her, I would say this is a common ordeal here.
