  I usually take them somewhere closer to my house (big box store). They did not have any appointments available, I reached out to Andy, and she was able to fit them in. I showed up and thought I was walking into a bougie boutique, the place was immaculate!She was amazing! She took such great care of the dogs, my older one usually gets stressed and always has rubbed her nose raw trying to get out of the kennel. When I pick them up they were so excited, not stressed at all, she did an amazing job on their haircut, bath nail trim. I will drive out of my way, past the big box store just to see her! Thank you!

  Andy's Grooming and Boarding is simply the BEST! She has a heart for dogs like nobody I have ever seen! And the facility is perfection! The dogs get so much love and attention and it is wonderful that they get play time too! We have always been happy with the grooming and now to have the boarding, we are thrilled! We loved getting photos and videos while we were outvof town. Such a nice youch that gave us peace of mind. Dolly loved it! We were actually concerned if our dog would want to come home.

  I boarded my 14 year old Chihuahua (Tampa) for 9 days with Andy and I couldn’t be happier with love and care she received from Andy. My little girl could be a bit of challenge to care for but Andy took the time to listen to my concerns and the outcome was amazing. I received regular updates with pictures and observed the personal attention she was given by Andy and her team. When I picked her up she was beautifully groomed and dressed. Thank you Andy! Tampa will see again soon. Carol

  My senior dachshund has trouble standing for long periods, and I mentioned that while checking in. The groomer adjusted the session so he could rest between steps, which meant a lot to me. They didn’t rush him even though the shop seemed busy that afternoon. His nails were trimmed perfectly without cutting too close, and his coat looked shiny afterward. I also appreciated how gently the staff spoke to older pets. You can tell they genuinely care instead of treating grooming like assembly-line work.
