They deliver the absolute best care! I will never go anywhere else! The dogs have the best time and it’s truly a home away from home. Thank you for such caring, top notch service! Simply superior.

We had a great experience. We got a Labradoodle puppy and he needed his first grooming. Andy was very familiar with the breed and knew exactly what to do. Her timing was exceptional. We didn’t want his first visit to be too long and it was perfect. Thank you so much

Koda had his first grooming experience with Andy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience! This was my first time trying Andy, and she made me feel comfortable right away. She has such a great sense about her, and I could immediately tell that Koda was in good hands. Koda looked and felt AMAZING when he came back—happy, handsome, and smelling so good! 🐾❤️ I’m definitely looking forward to using Andy again, and I already feel comfortable enough to consider checking out her boarding services in the near future. I’m so glad I found her!

Andy was great with my almost 13 year old chorkie today!! Due to an earlier traumatic grooming experience, I hadn’t taken Q anywhere to be groomed professionally for several years. Needless to say, she was a mess (I am NOT a professional, lol). When I went to pick her up, my best friend didn’t even recognize her. 😂 Q was happy to see me, but she wasn’t running out the door to get out of there. I’m so happy and relieved that I have found a great groomer for her!❤️ I chose Andy based on the reviews, and they are accurate. I drove almost an hour to get there, but I found the perfect groomer!

Andy is the best! I travel from Maryland to see family and need to board my dog due to my grandson's allergies. I have tried the 'Pet Resort' in Glen Allen and had a very bad experience with harm to my dog and the staff being rude. After speaking with Andy one time I could tell that she genuinely loves what she does. She kept me up dated with pictures during the entire stay. There was no extra cost for group play or treats. It was low stress on my dog due to the homey and calm vibe. Dogs know!!! I will definitely be a repeat client.
