My husband and I had life turn upside down on us when I had a car accident and had to have multiple surgeries, and then we found my husband had a massive brain aneurysm and we were in the hospital for a long time so instead of cancelling the appt I scheduled, i rescheduled it a few times as I couldn’t lift my dog who is 90-100lbs into our truck and my husband couldn’t do it, so after I finally got to a point where I could take him, PETCO told me that they are banning me from making any appts in the future because I rescheduled the appt a few times!! Heaven forbid you have life altering medical issues and I didn’t reschedule the day before or even the week before, I planned out and figured it was better than cancelling the appointment, but to my surprise, they apparently do not care about their customers!!! I even had documentation to show to prove that I was not lying about all the issues we had but they did not care ONE BIT!! So if you happen to have issues that come up; like most people do, DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! They are heartless and they were SOOOOO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE TO ME!! I was so upset and being a wounded military veteran, both my husband and I were shocked at how disrespectful and rude they were to us about this situation!!! I’m never one to leave bad reviews but I’m PISSED and people need to know how they treat their customers!!
