  I’m never one to typically leave reviews- but I brought my dog, Cali here for a nail trim on a whim and it was one of the most stress free nail trims both of us have experienced. She is a relatively anxious pup- but Nick sat on the floor with her giving her love and treats prior to her nail trim! I truly appreciate the time and attention to making what is normally a stressful experience something so pleasant!

  Team did an absolutely beautiful job on the Portuguese water puppies I brought in. Dogs had fun and left smelling glorious! We will definitely be back! Shoutout to Stephanie and the whole team for being so warm and welcoming!

  We use the daycare here and it is amazing. The staff are so attentive to the dogs and know them all. They are excited when you bring your pets and even ask about them by name when you come without them. Love it. So, glad they opened the daycare again. It's our favorite part. They have outdoor play but it's especially nice that they also have indoor play areas for those rainy, snowy or extremely hot days.

  Can’t say enough good things about this newest store in Ladysmith. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to get advice on food for our oversized lovable 3ur old Bloodhound (Lulu). Lulu was welcomed with much love and gladly accepted treats and pets from everyone. Lulu is patiently waiting for grooming from Sarah.
