  If I could give this location zero stars I would. The lady at the front desk is so rude and unprofessional. I wound up leaving as she was trying to persuade me to change our in-room appointment to drop-off. Why would I leave my fur baby with a rude stranger? We won’t be back.

  I have never had so many issues with a receptionist in my life. It took us 15 minutes to firstly be seen, there was one person in front of us. She seemed to not understand basic things I was saying, I repeated myself multiple times describing what was wrong with my dog. She weighed my dog and told me 21.6 and I see in the report later it’s written as 28.6. My dog has not gained 7 pounds since march… besides all of that after I dropped off my dog I got a missed call from the vet. I called back, and again with a voicemail. I called one more time later, decided to just go in as my call was not being returned. When I went in, the same receptionist was there and told me my total and brought medication and told me my dog was ready. I asked what was the medication even for? She charged me for the WRONG MEDICATION, it was actually more money I had to pay… after I already paid…by the way still no word on what’s wrong with my dog. So we leave and she tells me the vet will follow up with me over the phone. Which I get she can’t tell me what’s wrong with my animal but it was just very odd and frustrating. The vet told me what’s wrong and was very kind, I appreciated her. She asked me if I received my other prescription cards, which the receptionist neglected to tell me I needed/ did not give them to me. I really try to look at the positives of things but this is just at a point in which a retraining of front staff members might be in order.

  I was having difficulty with my vet calling me with my dogs lab results regarding CHF at the Stafford Marketplace office: was told the labs would be back in 2 days and 12 days later I've not heard from her with the results. So I called this office as I have gone here at times. As I told my tale to Tyeesha, she was very concerned and sympathetic and advised me she would talk to the vet when she came back from lunch and leave her an urgent note. A couple hours later, she called me back to give me an update. This is an example of excellent service and caring about the pets and their owners well-being. After being forgotten regarding my seriously ill pup, it was a welcome response.

  This place is terrible, staff sucks, and they do not treat the dogs well. Do not go here, shut this place down.

  Vet has a ton of appointments available for new puppy appointments, they will encourage you to join the puppy program which will allow you to pay monthly for basic puppy care. However, when you need an appointment because your dog is ill, they will not have anything available for some time and will recommend you take them to an urgent care. Today, I called needing to make an appointment as my dog is acting a little lethargic, and panting. No one answered when I called so I went online. Put in that my dog was lethargic and having breathing issues and it shows multiple available appointments for the next morning. I schedule one for an 8:15am drop off. Within minutes they call to say they can’t see her till Sunday. This is the second time I have needed assistance and can’t get it so now will need to spend the extra money to take her to an urgent vet.
