I’m a first-time pet owner and recently adopted two kittens. I came to this location to continue their vaccinations, and I’m so glad I met Bridget! She was absolutely wonderful—very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She took the time to explain everything to me, including what to expect with my kittens’ vaccines. She even recommended waiting another two weeks before vaccinating them to make sure the timing was right.

Really disappointed with Petco Grooming. I dropped my dog off for a grooming and picked him up looking basically the same as when he went in. His rear end was still dirty, and his whiskers were still caked with food, the exact two things I was hoping they'd take care of. Honestly, I'm not sure they did anything at all, and if they did, it was a pretty terrible job. I ended up having to give him a bath at home the same day, which kind of defeats the purpose of paying for a groomer. Not going back, and I'd think twice before booking here.

I had a phenomenal experience at Petco, and Brian was a huge part of that! This was my first time visiting this location, and he was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to offer thoughtful feedback and guidance. You can really tell that he cares about helping customers and creating a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to this Petco, and Brian is a big reason why. Thank you, Brian, for making my first visit such a great one! Coco and I thank you!!

I am extremely disappointed with the grooming service my dog received from Kal at Petco Fairfax store. I understand that the groomer said my dog’s hair was matted and that some areas needed to be cut shorter. However, my dog was shaved **far shorter than I expected**, and I was not properly informed that the haircut would be this extreme. What was even more disappointing was that my dog did **not appear to have been properly washed or groomed afterward**. For the price I paid, I expected my dog to come home clean, fresh, and professionally groomed—not looking like the grooming service was rushed or incomplete. What concerns me most is how this experience has affected my dog. Since I brought him home, he has been unusually quiet, withdrawn, and seems genuinely depressed. He has never acted this way after grooming before. Seeing my dog so unhappy after a service that was supposed to leave him clean, comfortable, and well cared for is extremely upsetting. I would not recommend this grooming service and will never return.
